What is the basis for pricing?
Pricing is based on the number of projects, the data plane model (hosted vs. BYO), and support level. Team is an annual contract; Enterprise is custom. Full models will be public at GA.
What are the contract terms?
Contract duration, renewal, cancellation, and data handling after termination are agreed in the individual contract following evaluation.
How are data location, export, and deletion handled?
Data and metadata location, export methods, and deletion scope and timing are confirmed against the deployment configuration and agreed in the contract.
Is SLA and support included?
Support hours, SLAs, and incident response coverage are discussed for the selected deployment and contract.
Where is the boundary between OSS and commercial?
Semantia is the OSS core of KunimiAI. Commercial integrations, managed operation, and enterprise support are agreed by edition and contract; verify the available scope during evaluation.
Can you provide SOC 2 or security questionnaires?
Confirm certification status and the availability of a DPA, subprocessor list, and security questionnaire responses during evaluation.
